   Drop a PDF statement, a CSV export, or a screenshot of your subscriptions screen. No bank login required.

2. 2 · Idle reads it

   We parse the file and pull out anything that looks recurring — subscriptions, direct debits, silent renewals.

3. 3 · You see the list

   Every recurring charge in plain English, with a flag if it's gone up, gone unused, or doubled with another tool.

4. 4 · You decide

   Cancel, keep, switch — your call. Idle never cancels for you and never moves money.

Our hard rules

• We never see your bank login

  There is no password field. There is no screen-scraping. Files are uploaded by you, manually.

• We never move money

  Idle has no payment permissions, anywhere. It is a read-only software tool.

• Read-only, by design

  Even when we add an Open Banking connection later (via TrueLayer), it will be strictly read-only and you can disconnect any time.
